Stephanie Boeshaar

Stephanie Boeshaar has been with Strategic Consulting Services since March 2004. Prior to working at SCS, Stephanie worked with Whittall Management starting in 1999 and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) as an Employment Specialist working with individuals with disabilities and placing them on job sites. This required Stephanie to work closely with employers and present the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities including the financial benefit to the state and to the individual. This included coordination with local support agencies such as housing, medical, SSDI, L&I and various groups. Job readiness services were provided to each participant including resumes, job search, interview skills, etc. Her practice also includes providing vocational expert testimony in litigated cases and for the Social Security Office of Disability Adjudication and Review. She also provides vocational counseling and rehabilitation planning for the State of Alaska.
Stephanie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Minor in Sociology from Washington State University and a Master of Science in Vocational Rehabilitation from San Diego State University. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys supporting Young Life, photography, volunteering, and raising five-kids while driving them all over town.
