In 2016 Silvia Orian became a certified disability management specialist (CDMS). Prior to joining Strategic Consulting Services as a vocational rehabilitation counselor, Silvia worked as a Behavioral Health Case Manager at Cambia/Regence BlueShield and prior to that as a Case Manager, and Social Worker/Therapist. Silvia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communication and a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Andrews University in Michigan. She is bilingual and enjoys working with all populations and in particular with Latino clients. Her background in advocacy extends to other groups including: maternal/infant health, autism, transgender, and persistent mental illness. In her private life Silvia enjoys traveling, gardening, and working with youth in various volunteer settings.
