Savannah LeGault
BA, CDMS
Savannah is a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) with a Bachelors in Psychology and Counseling from The Evergreen State College. Savannah has been part of the Strategic team since 2020.
Savannah’s passion for her work is deeply personal. After witnessing her own father become permanently disabled due to a work-related injury, she experienced firsthand how the loss of a career and a life-altering injury can impact not just a worker’s identity, but the entire family. That experience continues to fuel her commitment to helping others navigate complex challenges within the Washington State L&I system.
She is dedicated to building rapport with clients, helping workers achieve their goals and collaboratively working with all stakeholders to efficiently resolve claims.
Outside of work, you’ll find her spending time with her family and her dog, volunteering for Out of the Darkness for Suicide Prevention Community Walks, reading and photography.
