Robert has been a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor since 1999.  Robert earned a Master of Arts Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2008 and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from Western Washington University in 1994. Robert is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a Diplomate of the American Board of Vocational Experts, and a Certified Disability Management Specialist.  Robert provides rehabilitation counseling to clients in all phases of vocational services in Washington and also provides expert testimony concerning earning capacity, vocational outcomes, and disputes.
