Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant and Life Care Planner
Rachel Steilberg has been a registered vocational rehabilitation counselor for over two decades, providing case management, vocational assessments, and retraining coordination as well as expert testimony. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, and also has a post-graduate Certificate in Life Care Planning, with national certification.

Throughout her career, Rachel has trained and supervised both vocational rehabilitation interns and counselors with a particular focus on quality vocational rehabilitation counseling and ethical practice. She has experience working with clients with a broad spectrum of physical, psychological and cognitive impairments. She provides comprehensive vocational assessment focused on determining an individual’s ability to work and I have enjoyed guiding my clients into new and appropriate careers.

Rachel’s creative and realistic retraining plans have been instrumental in assisting clients in overcoming vocational barriers. She also works closely with consulting and treating physicians to develop life care plans with a focus on both physical and cognitive diagnoses with an emphasis on traumatic brain injury. Rachel has over a decade of experience in civil litigation matters providing concrete and objective analysis as well as expert testimony.
