Lori Allen has been with Strategic Consulting Services since February 2006. Prior to working at SCS, Lori worked at the Department of Labor & Industries in the Vocational Dispute Resolution Office for 7 years. Lori has been in the vocational rehabilitation field since 1992 with 24 years of experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. Prior to vocational rehabilitation, Lori worked with inmates on parole, and as a career counselor at a local college. Her education in counseling psychology is specific to assisting those with mental health diagnoses, and special needs populations. Lori is fluent in Spanish.

In 1995, Lori obtained a Master’s Degree in Psychological Counseling at Saint Martin’s College. She also attended Texas Tech for Graduate studies in Vocational Rehabilitation. Lori holds a CRCC (Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification). Lori specializes in complex claims and is well respected for her legal expertise. Outside of work, Lori enjoys bike riding, cooking, and learning about the world.
