Leigh Haley

Leigh Haley is a Certified Disability Management Specialists that has been in private sector vocational rehabilitation services since 2004.  Leigh has been in management at Strategic Consulting Services since 2013 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer. She has been collaborating with the Department of Labor and Industries and the vocational community since 2015 as a member of VRP and now VRAC. She is currently Co-Chair of the IARP Management Group (IMG). She is passionate about education and keeping Vocational Counselors informed in our industry. Prior to her work in vocational rehab, she worked as a Safety Director and Workers Compensation Specialist for a telecommunications company. She then became a Claims Manager for a third-party administrator working specifically with construction companies and nursing care facilities in the Puget Sound area.  Leigh assisted in the overall management of claims as well as specializing in assisting employers to develop and maintain positive hiring practices and safety programs. Leigh has been in the Workers’ Compensation Industry since 1999 and enjoys helping with serving membership and assisting with educational opportunities for professionals in the industry.
