Lauren Andrews

Lauren Andrews graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in 2006 from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA. Just months after graduating, she found her way into the field of vocational rehabilitation. In 2010, she became a Certified Disability Management Specialist. Lauren joined the Strategic team in July 2019 with 13 years of experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor.

Lauren enjoys helping injured workers on their recovery journey. She is skilled in assisting claimants with navigating the bureaucratic system and finding creative return to work solutions. Lauren works directly with workers, employers, and healthcare providers with the goal of achieving the best possible outcome for the worker. She partners with all parties using a team-based approach to resolve claims as effectively and efficiently as possible.

In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time with family, riding her horse, traveling, and Crossfit.
