Lyz Heslip, BA, CDMS

“Lyz Heslip is a Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) and registered Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) with the Washington State’s Department of Labor & Industries. Lyz graduated on the Deans List with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Central Washington University in 2020, and began working with Strategic Consulting in 2021. Her journey into vocational counseling was sparked by a genuine interest in helping individuals navigate the complex landscape of career choices and workers’ compensation claims. Growing up in a rural community in Idaho, Lyz is no stranger to blue collar career paths.

Outside of work, Lyz enjoys spending time with her family, decorating her home, and practicing woodwork.”
