Casey Kilduff is an experienced consultant who entered the field of vocational rehabilitation in 2003. She successfully obtained her CDMS in April 2007. Casey has been with Strategic Consulting Services since August 2013.

Casey has a Masters degree in Public Administration. Her Bachelors of Arts degree focused on Community Development and Social Work. Both degrees were obtained at the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.

Utilizing her skills in community development, mediation, and collaboration, Casey specializes in establishing working relationships with employers, injured workers and physicians to facilitate the rehabilitation process. She is able to quickly and efficiently evaluate a worker’s skill set to assist them in focusing on successful return to work. Casey serves as an objective mediator between all parties involved in the vocational process.

Additionally, Casey has administered interest and aptitude testing to clients seeking new career paths since 2007. Casey excels in assisting vocational counselors to determine the strengths, weakness and opportunities for their clients to re-enter the job force.

In her spare time, Casey is an avid fan of the Seattle Sounders and Seattle Reign FC.
