Casey Kilduff is an experienced vocational rehabilitation counselor who entered the field in 2003.

She has a Master of Public Administration Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree focused on Community Development and Social Work. Both degrees were obtained at the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. Casey is a Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE), credentialed through the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) and retains an International Psychometric Evaluation Certification (IPEC), credentialed through the American Board of Vocational Experts (ABVE).


Utilizing her skills in community development, mediation, and collaboration, Casey specializes in establishing working relationships with employers, injured workers and physicians to facilitate the rehabilitation process. She is able to quickly and efficiently evaluate a worker’s skill set to assist them in focusing on a successful return to work. Casey serves as an objective mediator between all parties involved in the vocational process.

Additionally, Casey is the vocational testing team lead for Strategic Consulting Services, maintaining a high standard of quality assurance on testing assessments prepared by our team of evaluators. She excels in assisting vocational counselors to determine the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for their clients through the administration of academic achievement testing, aptitude testing, interest assessments, and ESL testing.
