Carrie Guthrie-Whitlow

Carrie Guthrie-Whitlow has been with Strategic Consulting Services since November 2003. She has over twenty five years of experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor providing services for Washington State Fund & Self-Insured Workers Compensation Claims, Social Security, Alaska Worker’s Compensation, Longshore, Legal & Personal Injury claims.

Carrie has extensive experience with claims related to chronic pain & illness, traumatic brain injury, and other non-work related disabling conditions. Carrie works well with medical professionals and health care facilities to coordinate and monitor treatment programs, and participate in treatment team meetings. Carrie has also provided expert testimony for Personal Injury, Longshore, and Worker’s Compensation Claims in Washington & Alaska.

Carrie has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from University of Washington and her Master degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Western Washington University. Outside of work, Carrie enjoys horses, horses and horses – specifically events for Dressage and Jumping.
