Anne Kemerer Jones

Anne Kemerer Jones, M.Ed., CRC, D/ABVE, CLCP, has been practicing as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant since January, 1999.  She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Diplomate member of the American Board of Vocational Experts, and Certified Life Care Planner, providing vocational rehabilitation counseling and life care planning to clients with a broad spectrum of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments.

Anne’s services in cases involving issues of injury, earning capacity, and future care needs play a vital role in a number of state and federal arenas including both administrative and civil law.  Anne is an approved vocational rehabilitation provider for the WA State Dept. of Labor & Industries. She further serves as a vocational expert for U.S. Social Security Office of Disability Adjudication and Review.  Additional areas of practice include personal injury, family law, employment law, medical malpractice, long term disability, and maritime claims (Longshore and Harbor Workers Act and Jones Act).  Anne has been admitted as a Vocational Expert in state courts.

In addition to life care planning, Anne has completed post graduate education in Mediation Skills at the University of Washington School of Law as well as King County Collaborative Law. She also fulfilled training to become a Court Appointed Special Advocate for King County Family Law courts.
