Debbie Parnell

Debbie Parnell has been working with SCS as a vocational rehabilitation counselor since 2010. Prior to that, she has worked in retail management and youth counseling. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California. During undergraduate study, she attended Franklin University of Switzerland, where she found a passion for traveling. In her spare time, she attempts to continue travel adventures, read as many books as she can, and enjoy all the outdoor activities the PNW offers.
